Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic technical discussions with C-level stakeholders to identify business requirements and Microsoft solution opportunities.
  • Drive pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, presentations, and support for client pitches.
  • Design and architect scalable Microsoft-based solutions, delivering comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture and translate technical and business requirements into actionable designs.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Manage adoption and change management activities to maximize user engagement and business impact.
  • Mentor and lead consultants and developers, supporting technical excellence and professional growth.
  • Promote WM Reply's Microsoft capability and thought leadership through knowledge sharing, best practices, demos, and participation in industry events.

About the candidate / Qualifications

  • Proven pre-sales experience, including creating technical proposals, leading pitches, and building client trust.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly Power Platform, Power Platform governance, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud security, and a good understanding of identity and access management, integration, and enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to estimate, plan, and oversee large-scale Microsoft solution implementations, with practical experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in technical leadership roles within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead strategic conversations and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technology trends and passionate about driving technical excellence and solution innovation.
