Senior Consultant, Senior Finance at Brewer Morris

An international law firm are expanding their London pricing team and are seeking a commercially astute Pricing Manager. This is a pivotal role for the business, shaping the financial success of their client relationships.

Based in the city of London on a hybrid basis, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies across a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients. Working closely with partners, business development, and finance teams, you will ensure pricing models are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of pricing strategies for client proposals, panel pitches, and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).
• Provide strategic pricing advice to partners and senior stakeholders across practice groups and jurisdictions.
• Analyse client profitability, matter performance, and pricing trends to inform commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance and legal project management teams to monitor pricing compliance and matter budgets.
• Support the development of pricing tools, models, and best practices across the firm.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a pricing, commercial finance, or client value role—ideally within professional services or legal sectors.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment is a plus.
