About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Product Delivery Manager to help us deliver high-quality B2B SaaS solutions for our partners. This role sits at the intersection of clients, customer success, and product development, ensuring projects run smoothly from requirements through to delivery.
You’ll bring structure, clarity, and great communication to complex initiatives - helping the team deliver on time, on scope, and in line with client and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to capture, refine, and document requirements for product solutions and feature enhancements
- Coordinate project delivery across internal teams, maintaining clear ownership of timelines, priorities, and dependencies
- Ensure all parties remain aligned on objectives, scope, and expectations throughout the delivery process
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Support post-delivery evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to optimise delivery processes and strengthen cross-team collaboration
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years' experience in a business analysis, delivery, or implementation role - ideally within a SaaS or technology product environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated business acumen - able to balance client needs, commercial priorities, and delivery realities
- Proven ability to organise and drive projects to completion
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methods
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity for how things work
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Why this role matters
You’ll play a key role in ensuring we deliver on our commitments; bridging the gap between client expectations, customer success, and product teams. You’ll help turn business goals into real outcomes, supporting the next phase of growth for our digital audio products.
