- Ensuring your squad is aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions
- Continuously iterating on the product based on user insights, data, and testing outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive product management experience, building highly technical products
- Experience with machine learning modelling, Credit Risk or data science-driven features
- Proficiency in systems thinking with the ability to work directly with developers and tech leads
- Strong prioritisation skills to focus the team on impactful work
- Collaborative and inclusive leadership with a track record of empowering cross-functional teams
- Clear communication of product decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Creativity in approaching product challenges and rethinking how people manage their finances
- High energy and ownership mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Passion for building tools that improve users’ financial lives through engaging conversations

- Opportunity to work at a fast-growing tech startup backed by top VC firms
- A clear progression plan and ongoing support for growth
- Flexibility and a globally distributed team with travel support for in-person collaboration

- Generous pay increases and equity top-ups for promotions
- 25 days annual leave + public holidays (+1 day per year up to 30)
- 6% employer-matched pension in the UK
- Private Medical Insurance via Vitality, dental cover, and life assurance
- Enhanced parental leave and a 1-month paid sabbatical after 4 years
- Regular socials, OpenAI subscription, mental health support, and more
