About the Role: We are hiring for multiple Technical Product roles across key pillars. You will be familiar with systems thinking and how technical decisions impact users. As a Lead Product Manager, you will work with engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts, and writers on areas focused on understanding user data.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the product strategy for Cleo’s payments experiences
  • Collaborating with ML engineers, data scientists and analysts to launch key new products with a global focus
  • Defining and tracking success metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and financial well-being
  • Prioritising high-impact opportunities and focusing your squad on what matters most
  • Translating complex data capabilities (e.g., LLMs and ML models) into intuitive user experiences
  • Ensuring your squad is aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions
  • Continuously iterating on the product based on user insights, data, and testing outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive product management experience, building highly technical products
  • Experience with machine learning modelling, Credit Risk or data science-driven features
  • Proficiency in systems thinking with the ability to work directly with developers and tech leads
  • Strong prioritisation skills to focus the team on impactful work
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership with a track record of empowering cross-functional teams
  • Clear communication of product decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Creativity in approaching product challenges and rethinking how people manage their finances
  • High energy and ownership mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Passion for building tools that improve users’ financial lives through engaging conversations
