Title: Product Manager

Salary: Up to £130,000

Location: London (Hybrid 4 days on site)

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a key role in the growth and development of proprietary platforms used across global trading operations.

You'll be working on real-time trading systems, collaborating closely with clients, sales, trading, and technology teams to deliver innovative, revenue-generating solutions. This is a client-facing role covering the full product lifecycle - from requirements gathering through to design, project management, production support, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex product requirements into practical, revenue-driving solutions

• Partner with sales, trading, and support teams to enhance client offerings

• Own the product lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, testing, and support

• Deliver client training, product demos, and day-to-day application support

• Track ROI on product features and provide ongoing performance insights

• Contribute to improving workflows in capital markets and trading operations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' Product Management experience (ideally in financial technology)

• 2+ years in financial markets (FX experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of capital markets workflows and trading products

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle

• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Jira experience desirable

• Korean language skills a bonus
