Product Owner/Manager – SaaS / Health & Care Sector

Location: Hybrid (2–3 days in Guildford)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus & benefits

We’re supporting a leading SaaS business in the health & care space as they continue to scale. They’re looking for a Product Owner to join their team and take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle from shaping vision and strategy, through to discovery, delivery, and go-to-market. It’s a great opportunity to work on products that make a genuine impact in people’s lives, while also developing your own expertise in a fast-growing, regulated industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the product roadmap and vision, aligning with business strategy and customer needs
• Leading discovery activities, gathering insights from users, data, and market trends
• Working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver new features
• Prioritising effectively to balance compliance, customer value, and commercial goals
• Supporting go-to-market plans, ensuring internal teams and customers are set up for success
• Measuring product outcomes and iterating based on real-world feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or a regulated industry
• Strong track record across the full product lifecycle: discovery through to launch
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills, able to bring stakeholders on the journey
• Data-driven, user-focused, and commercially aware
• Background in health, social care, or related sectors is a bonus, but not essential
