You’ll define and prioritise the product backlog, align stakeholders, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver solutions that drive value for users and the business. This is a highly visible role, bridging strategy and execution, where you’ll play a key part in bringing our product vision to life.What You’ll DoOwn, refine, and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.Translate product strategy and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of features.Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions.Act as the voice of the customer, making data-driven decisions to improve usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform continuous improvements.Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmap development and ensure alignment with company objectives.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in a SaaS, technology, or digital product environment.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Ability to translate complex problems into simple, value-driven solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering products that make an impact.Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.Nice to HaveExperience working in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.Exposure to user research, UX, or analytics.Why Join Oak?Be part of a mission-led SaaS company with the backing to grow fastWork directly with an experienced CFO and senior leadership teamHybrid and flexible working optionsPrivate healthcare, generous holiday allowance, and wellbeing supportA collaborative and ambitious team culture where finance is a true partner to the businessOur Recruitment ProcessCV Review: We’ll begin by reviewing your CV to understand your experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
