Overview

Join to apply for the Project Architect role at Aviation and Aerospace.

A design led architectural practice, specialising in high-end residential bespoke architecture, has a vacancy for a Project Architect. You will be working on homes in affluent areas of North West London, with typical contract values ranging from £500K to £1M. Their design philosophy incorporates light, nature, spatial and sensory elements (neuroarchitecture), to not only create beautiful homes but also to enhance the lives of those who will live there.

The ideal candidate will have a strong high-end residential portfolio for one-off homes and experience working from inception to completion. They are however looking for a job running Architect, who is technically competent at the delivery stages, adept at project coordination, and comfortable liaising with clients, contractors and consultants. Many projects work around an existing home but some projects start with demolition and a blank canvas. The practice uses AutoCAD.

In return, and in addition to your salary, a competitive benefits package and an annual bonus is on offer, as well as flexible work hours and hybrid working. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high value, bespoke residential projects alongside a passionate and friendly team. For more information, please contact Stewart Howl at Tarrant Howl, or apply online to register your interest.
