Job Description
Are you a natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
Do you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service while keeping projects on track from start to finish? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Delivery Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the seamless execution of cutting-edge technology solutions across telecoms and IT managed services.
About The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll act as the central point of contact for customers throughout the delivery of multi-product solutions. You'll manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.
Working closely with teams across engineering, procurement, scheduling, and delivery, you’ll be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery journey.
- Coordinate and oversee small to mid-sized projects from start to finish.
- Track project progress, provide updates, and resolve customer queries.
- Schedule engineers and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Monitor budgets, identify risks, and escalate issues where necessary.
- Support account managers and mentor junior team members.
- Provide general administrative support to the Delivery team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who excels at managing relationships.
- Experienced in Telecoms or IT managed services (preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of budgeting and operational processes.
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
At Wavenet, we offer more than just a job – we provide an exceptional environment and a wide range of benefits to support your success from day one. With us, you’ll enjoy a generous starting annual leave allowance, private medical coverage, discounted health plans, an eye care scheme, and comprehensive health and wellbeing programs, all backed by a dedicated in-house Wellbeing Team.
We believe in a strong work-life balance, rewarding your commitment with an additional day of annual leave each year, reaching up to 28 days. Here’s a closer look at what we offer:
- Hybrid Working: A flexible hybrid model, typically 3–4 days per week in one of our offices, with the option to work from home where appropriate.
- Annual Leave: Begin your journey with 25 days of leave, increasing by one day per year up to 28 days – our way of saying thank you for your dedication.
- Health & Wellbeing: Your wellbeing is a priority. Enjoy private medical coverage, discounted health plans, virtual GP access, an eye care scheme, and a comprehensive employee assistance programme, all supported by our internal Wellbeing Team.
