Responsibilities

• Lead design assurance and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio
• Work on a range of exciting projects, including commercial, education, residential, and High-Risk Buildings (HRBs)
• Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and regulators
• Ensure all stages of design meet Building Regulations and new safety requirements

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience as Building Regulations Principal Designer, or in a closely related role (e.g., Building Control Inspector, Architect, or Project Manager) with knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
