Working directly with the Head of Product, you’ll take ownership of business-critical initiatives ranging from client implementations to complex, multi-year strategic programmes

This role is London-based (3 days in the office) and requires full right to work in the UK

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years’ proven experience in Project Management
  • FinTech background highly desirable (but not essential if you’re quick to learn)
  • Strong academic track record
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Energy, drive, and passion for thriving in a fast-paced, agile, and innovative tech environment

What you’ll be doing

  • End-to-End Delivery – Own projects from scoping through to execution, embedding the right frameworks and methodologies for success
  • Strategic Planning – Shape scope, deliverables, and roadmaps for high-impact initiatives
  • Release Leadership – Steer critical releases in a regulated environment, ensuring zero disruption
  • Stakeholder Alignment – Act as the glue between cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and keeping everyone moving in the same direction
  • Proactive Risk Control – Anticipate roadblocks, design mitigation strategies, and resolve issues before they escalate
