Your Purpose

This section describes the role’s purpose within the Net Zero Energy Business and how it supports project delivery and governance across projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in tackling complex practical, technical and commercial issues and work constructively across a broad range of stakeholders, including local and distributed international project teams.
  • Support the implementation of project controls processes and tools across the Net Zero Energy Business portfolio to help ensure on-time, cost-efficient project delivery.
  • Implement standardized project controls tools and processes across the project portfolio.
  • Cost management: maintain project cost trackers by capturing actuals, ensuring correct invoicing, and updating forecasts.
  • Document control: maintain project document registers and utilise the Electronic Document Management System (ProjectWise).
  • Subcontractor management: ensure governance for onboarding suppliers and accurate, on-time payment of supplier invoices.
  • Potential for future development in project controls/project management.
