Property Solicitor : 3+ PQE

Location: Bristol / Hybrid

Hours: Full‑time or Part‑time

The Opportunity

You’ll handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity, while also having the chance to get involved in some light commercial property work. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your files independently, but with the reassurance of a collaborative and approachable team around you.

About You

• You are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ PQE.
• You have solid experience running your own residential property files from instruction to completion.
• Exposure to commercial property work would be an advantage (or a keen interest to develop this area).
• You’re detail‑oriented, highly organised, and a strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
