Quality & Compliance Manager

Dunstable | Full-Time | Manufacturing

We’re currently recruiting for aQuality & Compliance Managerto join our team in Dunstable. This is a key role responsible for ensuring products meet allBRC, ISO, HACCP, andcustomer compliance standards.

Working Hours:Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (with opportunity to work one day remotely per week)

Salary is negotiable, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate BRC, GMP, and ISO audits
• Maintain the site’s Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and HACCP plans
• Investigate and close out non-conformances and customer complaints
• Support NPD from concept to launch ensuring compliance
• Drive internal audits, pest control, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ Quality/Compliance experience in manufacturing
• HACCP Level 3 (essential)
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & BRCGS standards
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
