Quality & Compliance Manager

Dunstable | Full-Time | Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team in Dunstable. This key role is responsible for ensuring products meet all BRC, ISO, HACCP, and customer compliance standards.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (with the opportunity to work one day remotely per week)

Salary: Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate BRC, GMP, and ISO audits
• Maintain the site’s Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and HACCP plans
• Investigate and resolve non-conformances and customer complaints
• Support NPD from concept to launch ensuring compliance
• Drive internal audits, pest control, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of Quality/Compliance experience in manufacturing
• HACCP Level 3 certification (essential)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & BRCGS standards
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
