Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ISO 9001 and other compliance programs (NSi, BRE, etc.)
• Oversee Quality Documentation and Management Systems
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and promote the process approach
• Manage Business Continuity Processes
• Handle certificates, memberships, and accreditations
• Plan and manage QEHS audit programs (internal and external)
• Conduct internal management system audits and report findings
• Collaborate with senior leadership and site managers on audit findings and corrective actions
• Investigate and report on customer and supplier complaints and quality issues

Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9-5, hybrid working model

Candidate Profile:

We seek an autonomous decision-maker with the ability to prioritize effectively.

You will have:

• Extensive knowledge of QEHS management systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (preferred)
• Experience in the Fire & Security sector, including sector schemes like BAFE, NSI
• QEHS Membership (PCQI) qualifications and relevant memberships
• Auditing experience
• Knowledge of quality improvement and lean methodologies
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
• Strong communication skills and ability to recognize and escalate non-compliance
• Technical problem-solving skills for compliance issues
