Are you an experienced recruitment consultant ready to take the next step in your career? Connexus UK is on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant to join the local division of our recruitment team. If you love connecting people with the right opportunities, building strong client relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Winning new business and nurturing relationships with our clients
  • Partnering with clients to create recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives
  • Utilising professional networks and LinkedIn to source candidates for niche roles
  • Writing job ads that grab attention and attract the right candidates
  • Screening and matching candidates with roles, focusing on quality over quantity
  • Keeping up to date with the labour market and advising clients of emerging trends
  • Creating social media posts and carrying out marketing activity to promote the business

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years recruitment experience, ideally at a senior level
  • Strong business development skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Expert in headhunting and finding the best talent out there
  • Brilliant communicator and relationship builder
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about delivering an amazing candidate experience
