About Four Recruitment

Established in 2008, Four Recruitment is a specialist consultancy operating across five core divisions: Finance, HR, Executive, Business Support and Marketing. We’re proud to offer a different kind of recruitment experience – one built on long-term relationships, market insight, and integrity.

We are now looking for a Resourcer to play a vital role in supporting our Director's with the appointment of senior hires.

About the Role

This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with our Managing Director and support our Executive division at a senior level. As a Resourcer, you’ll be responsible for mapping the market, identifying high-calibre talent, and staying up to date with the latest industry movements across the North West.

You’ll play a pivotal role in helping us deliver outstanding executive search assignments - from analysing organisational structures, to proactively identifying and approaching key individuals. It’s a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone with excellent commercial awareness, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine interest in the business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market mapping and organisational research across target sectors and geographies
  • Identifying and tracking high-calibre candidates
  • Holding initial conversations with shortlisted candidates, arranging interviews and relaying feedback
  • Monitoring industry news, leadership moves, and company updates within the North West business community
  • Maintaining accurate candidate data and search documentation
  • Supporting long-term relationship building across our Executive network

What We Offer

  • A permanent 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)
  • Hybrid working – 2 days per week in our Adlington (Chorley) office
  • Genuine flexible working – we’re a family-first organisation that understands life happens. Whether it’s the school run, a sports day, or an appointment, we trust our team to manage their time and put family first without question.
  • Option to buy or sell annual leave
  • Monthly team socials, wellbeing initiatives, and company-wide events

Who We’re Looking For

  • A strong relationship builder with a consultative, people-first approach
  • Proactive, professional, and motivated to deliver high standards
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys a fast-paced but flexible environment
  • Someone who lives and breathes our values of excellence, sincerity, commitment, and tenacity
  • An individual with credibility, gravitas & strong business acumen
  • Must be comfortable with communicating with Director/C Suite level candidates
