About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Resourcer to join our high-performing insurance recruitment team. Specialising in technology and insurance operations roles, you’ll play a vital part in sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates while supporting the wider team with market intelligence and delivery activities.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment delivery or candidate management, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, insight-led environment and is passionate about building strong talent networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Identify and engage candidates for roles across insurance operations and technology (e.g., Business Analysts, PMs, Risk, Claims Ops, IT Support).
- Qualify and screen candidates for both current vacancies and future talent pipelines.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through to placement and beyond.
- Maintain regular contact with key talent, mapping their preferences and aligning them with market opportunities.
- Talent Delivery & Campaign Support
- Support consultants and directors in delivering on roles within key accounts.
- Assist with speculative CV marketing by identifying strong candidates and sharing profiles with relevant clients.
- Prepare pre-screened shortlists and candidate summaries for client submissions.
- Conduct market research to build targeted candidate lists and understand hiring trends.
- Log and maintain detailed notes on candidate movements, skill sets, and competitor insights.
- Support the team with the creation of market insights, capability briefs, and pitch materials.
- CRM & Data Management
- Keep candidate records, status updates, and communications up to date in the CRM/ATS (e.g., Bullhorn).
- Tag and categorise candidates appropriately to enable efficient campaign targeting.
- Ensure all candidate activity and insights are accurately logged for team visibility.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with consultants and directors to align on sourcing priorities and hiring needs.
- Contribute to team discussions and share candidate or market insights to enhance delivery effectiveness.
Key Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in a resourcing, delivery, or candidate management role within recruitment.
- Experience sourcing for technology or insurance operations roles is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Commercial awareness and curiosity about how candidate movements inform client demand.
- Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
