You’ll be at the heart of our release lifecycle, coordinating complex change across our platform and ensuring governance, readiness, and post-live support are delivered to the highest standards.This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of our externally provided platform, experience in release coordination, and a resilient, collaborative mindset. You’ll work closely with engineering, testing, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead release planning and implementation across the Workplace PlatformCoordinate with 3rd parties and internal teams to manage dependencies and ensure readinessOwn governance and assurance processes, including post-live supportContribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of release practicesSupport emergency and out-of-hours change delivery when requiredCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive platform stabilityWhat you’ll needFNZ Platform Knowledge – Experience with FNZ or similar product engines is highly desirableTechnical & Operational Expertise – Understanding of infrastructure, release cycles, and service management as well as tools like Jira, Confluence & ServiceNowResilience & Collaboration – Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and build strong relationshipsCloud Awareness – Working knowledge of GCP or similar platforms is a bonus, but not essentialStrategic Thinking – Capable of influencing release strategy and contributing to platform evolutionWhy Lloyds Banking GroupWe’re transforming the way we serve our customers and communities, investing in technology, people, and innovation.
