The Role

This is a chance to handle a broad and interesting range of residential property transactions — from standard sales and purchases to complex leaseholds. You’ll manage your own caseload with the support of a modern, tech-enabled infrastructure and a highly experienced team.

Day‑to‑day you’ll:

• Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth, efficient transactions
• Work collaboratively with other conveyancers and support staff across the firm
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process innovation

About You

You’ll be an experienced conveyancer — solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive — with a solid understanding of residential property law and client care.

• Proven track record managing your own caseload
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
