Residential Property Lawyer

2 Days Old

Our Residential Conveyancing Department is looking for two experienced lawyers to join the team - one at our Pocklington office and one in Haxby.

You will manage your own varied caseload of conveyancing matters where you will have full autonomy.

Our work includes freehold, leasehold and new build cases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more complex property transactions so there is plenty for you to get your teeth into!

We have strong relationships with local agents, which means that there are ample opportunities for you to network and grow referrals for our team if this is something you are interested in.

We would love to hear from you if you have a solid background in Residential Conveyancing work, enjoy working with a varied and interesting caseload whilst gaining a sense of satisfaction from managing the conveyancing process from start to finish.

We know a work life balance is very important so we are more than happy to be flexible over working hours if this is needed.

What we are looking for:

  • A good range of solid Residential Conveyancing experience – ideally 5 years +
  • A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice
  • The ability to develop a good rapport with clients
  • Superb levels of client care
  • Some experience in successful Business Development and Marketing initiatives

What else we can offer:

  • A competitive salary and generous bonus scheme
  • Flexible and hybrid working
  • Free car parking at most of our offices
  • A clear progression framework with individual career and development plans
  • An excellent office environment
  • A great social scene
  • A range of benefits including pension, life cover, health cash plan, staff discounts, generous holidays, cycle to work and even a day off for your birthday!

If you are ready to make the move to a successful, client focussed and supportive team then we would love to hear from you – apply via our website or email careers@harrowells.co.uk for more information.
