The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a broad and varied caseload of residential property matters including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure a smooth process from instruction to completion
You’ll be given autonomy and responsibility, while being supported by a collaborative and friendly team.
The Candidate
- 2+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
- Proven experience managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A client-focused approach and ability to work both independently and within a team
- A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to a growing firm
