An opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic team member to join an expanding Conveyancing/Residential Property team based in Surrey.

The successful individual will be required to attend to the office approximately 3 days each week with the view to be flexible in order to meet business needs.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of residential property transactions.
  • Provide expert legal guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in handling residential property transactions.
  • Prior experience in team management and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to legal challenges.
