About the role
We are looking for an innovative and driven communicator to join our sales development team to focus on finding new opportunities, targeting C-level/VP level executives from Fortune 500 companies. You are excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment, able to propose solutions to their challenges, and adapt your approach as the company grows and broadens its offerings.
You are:
- A compelling storyteller who is exceptional at communicating, both orally and in writing
- Highly organized and meticulous with details
- A strategic thinker confident in crafting communications that resonate with C-suite stakeholders
- A team player, capable of working autonomously
- Results-driven, motivated by engaging prospects into the sales funnel
In this role, you’ll:
- Prospect new business within a named account list via phone, social, and email outreach
- Represent the company at marketing events and trade shows
- Report on KPI metrics to senior management weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Work with the sales team to define weekly strategies, including target priorities and messaging
- Maintain the internal CRM system for accurate outreach and lead tracking
- Work hybrid (3 days/week in the office), with potential to increase remote work after 6 successful months
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Additional languages are beneficial
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape
