What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify new local business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Set High-Quality Appointments: Engage business owners and decision makers to understand their needs and book appointments for our BD team.
  • Research & Qualify: Learn about prospective merchants — their services, products, and customers — to ensure appointments are relevant and valuable.
  • Collaborate: Partner with BD Managers to align on strategy and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Hit Your Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Keep It Organized: Accurately track all activities and lead data in Salesforce/CRM.
  • Provide Insights: Share market and merchant feedback to improve our sales approach.
  • Grow Your Skills: Take advantage of coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
