What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research and identify potential clients through multiple channels.
  • Reach out via calls, emails, and social platforms to engage decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their challenges and IT needs.
  • Book meetings and hand over warm, qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Keep the CRM up to date with accurate records of all prospect activity.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to share insights and refine strategy.
  • Report on activity, pipeline progress, and results to management.

Main Skills Needed

  • Previous experience in lead generation, SDR, or similar sales role.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build rapport quickly and spot commercial opportunities.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with CRMs.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a sales career.
  • Collaborative mindset but able to thrive independently too.
