The Role

Are you looking to break into sales in tech and real estate? We’re looking for a talkative, high-energy, ambitious individual with or without prior sales experience willing to learn by shadowing some of the best in the industry.

You will be engaging with Asset Management firms who manage billion-pound portfolios for global clients. It would be your responsibility to help commercial property owners and tenants navigate the complex technical landscape that is modern sustainable buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact key individuals in our target market
  • Understand how to solve the problems within multi-tenanted developments
  • Master the art of appointment setting, engaging potential leads, and booking introductory meetings
  • Develop your buildings into a full sales cycle gaining the ability to upsell to the tenants within your buildings
