The Role

As our founding Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the face of our sales team — sparking conversations with senior decision-makers at global brands, media agencies, and publishers. You’ll research, qualify, and create opportunities that shape multi-million-pound advertising strategies, working hand-in-hand with Account Directors and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify top prospects across global markets
  • Generate and qualify leads through smart outreach, email campaigns, and tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Apollo
  • Book and attend intro meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing to keep levelling up our playbook
  • Build strong relationships that support longer-term sales cycles

About You

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR work (with target-hitting success)
  • Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders
  • Organised and tech-savvy, with CRM knowledge (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Familiar with sales tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
  • Experience in ad-tech, brand measurement, or SaaS sales is a bonus - but passion and drive count most!
