We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face environments, enjoys meeting new people, and is passionate about sales and relationship-building.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales activities, including client visits and in-person product marketing.
- Proactively reach out to potential buyers and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads to secure bulk purchase orders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for sales.
- Confidence in approaching and engaging with senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK for client meetings.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong organisational skills.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in outdoor or nature-related products.
- Knowledge or personal interest in British wildlife, gardening, or conservation.
- Experience working with independent retailers, garden centres, or farm shops.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Ability to attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and community events to represent the brand.
- A network of contacts within the wildlife, gardening, or agricultural retail sectors.
- Ability to analyse sales data and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Comfortable creating simple presentations or product demos for clients.
