Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to potential clients, educating them on the importance of our licence to push sales through.
• Hitting your targets and KPIs to ensure success in your role and support the team and wider business.

Skills and Qualities

• Brilliant communications skills with a passion for connecting with people.
• Experience selling over the phone with a preferred background of business to business sales.
• Focused, tenacious, and self-motivated with the ability to make outbound calls and hit targets and KPIs.
• Detail oriented with up-to-date CRM pipeline management for accurate reports and visibility.
• Collaborative with a close-knit team and able to share ideas and feedback to promote success.

Benefits

• £25,000 base with realistic OTE of £40,000 per annum.
