What's the role about?

Sales Executive Join Advantage Smollan's established SKE field sales team. Own your territory and grow a style-led, quality-driven, responsible brand. Full Time, Permanent. Package: £26,500 per annum, up to 10% bonus (OTE £29,150) + Company Car. Working: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Territory: Leicester. Advantage Smollan are proud to be partnering with SKE. What you will be doing:

  • Territory Ownership - Take charge of your assigned territory, driving success and growth with every opportunity you uncover
  • Relationship Building - Forge meaningful connections with key decision-makers in retail outlets, becoming the trusted face of the brand
  • Market Insight - Stay ahead of the curve by tracking market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes to identify untapped opportunities and potential challenges
  • Brand Advocacy - Represent the brand with pride and passion, sharing its values and commitment to sustainability while creating lasting impact in the market
