Purpose of the Role
We’re seeking a commercially minded and proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is central to driving revenue growth through exceptional customer engagement, product knowledge, and high-quality service. You’ll be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into bookings, building strong relationships with clients, and representing the brand at major motorsport events, including the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans. This is a dynamic position suited to ambitious individuals looking to build a career in motorsport sales and event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Conversion: Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales through consultative selling and tailored recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide a premium level of service and communication across phone, email and live chat, ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to post-event.
- Sales Operations: Accurately manage and input bookings in internal systems, ensuring attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with external travel and hospitality suppliers to guarantee seamless delivery of packages.
- Event Representation: Travel to and support major motorsport events, including Le Mans 24 Hours, assisting with on-site operations, customer liaison, and delivery of premium experiences.
- Market Engagement: Attend trade shows and familiarisation trips to deepen product knowledge and support commercial growth.
Skills & Attributes
- Fluent in French and English (essential)
- Commercially driven with a genuine passion for motorsport, events, or luxury travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to build rapport quickly with clients
- Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in sales, travel, or event environments preferred but not essential
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support major events
