Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads, visit customers at their homes or use remote selling framework.
• Give persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about products and services, thinking on your feet, and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Work with customers to meet unique requirements and get the job right first time.

Qualifications

• Self‑motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
• Proactive and results‑driven.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar).
• Driver with a full UK driving licence and own car.
