Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new mobile business opportunities in alignment with our product strategy.
  • Consistently achieve monthly acquisition targets by leveraging our existing customer and prospect database.
  • Drive outbound sales activity with energy and volume, creating your own opportunities while collaborating closely with our experienced Account Directors.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with customers to build trust and drive engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of ongoing opportunities.
  • Execute a structured and proactive new business contact strategy.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals and deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Hit new connection targets while maximising revenue potential across all opportunities.
  • Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities across our wider product and service portfolio.
  • Stay sharp, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and the broader market landscape.
  • Bring creativity to the table – develop innovative approaches to attract and convert new leads.
  • Present clear forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic win plans to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover and convert leads from across the business.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • A strong background in enterprise and corporate mobile sales – this is essential.
  • Resilience under pressure, with a track record of hitting and exceeding growth targets.
  • Outstanding telephone sales skills, with the energy and presence to engage and convert.
  • A persuasive communicator with exceptional closing ability and commercial instinct.
  • Self-starter mentality, able to take initiative and drive results independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a natural enthusiasm for winning new business.
  • Committed to continuous self-development and staying ahead in a competitive market.
  • Agile and adaptable – comfortable navigating change and seizing new opportunities.
  • Confident with numbers and commercially astute, with solid mathematical ability.

Hours and Location

Hours: A standard week is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. This is a flexible hybrid role requiring attendance at our Alderley Edge hub twice per month for team collaboration and engagement. Visits will be scheduled with reasonable notice and are considered an essential part of the role.
