Overview

SDR Manager (EMEA) at Amdaris, Bristol, United Kingdom. Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on generating high-quality inbound and outbound pipelines for the EMEA Sales team. Responsible for onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and driving SDR performance in support of the go-to-market strategy in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and manage the SDR team to achieve and exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Performance Metrics: Identify and track key metrics, provide regular feedback through call reviews, role plays, and targeted training.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Recruit, hire, and onboard new SDRs as needed.
  • Process Development: Develop efficient workflows, personalised inbound follow-up sequences, and outbound targeting tactics to engage with prospect accounts.
  • Pipeline Generation: Generate high-quality pipeline for the Sales team contributing to bookings.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Set targets, forecast pipeline, analyse data, and review reports in Salesloft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment.
  • Career Growth: Create career growth opportunities supporting SDR promotion paths.
  • International Alignment: Collaborate with the parent company to share learnings and extend lead generation into overseas territories in local languages.

Key Competencies

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales or BD; at least 2 years in leadership/management, preferably in software development, IT consulting, or tech sales.
  • Regional Knowledge: Understanding of the EMEA market, cultural nuances, business practices, and legal requirements.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and grow a high-performing SDR team.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse performance metrics and use data to improve performance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
