  • Own onboarding, coaching, and early-stage training (cold calling, objection handling, CRM use, lead qualification)
  • Run structured 1:1s, weekly training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with Marketing, New Business, and Account Management to align activity with strategy
  • Analyse early pipeline metrics, trial creation, and SDR KPIs

About You

  • 1–2 years’ SDR or SDR team lead experience
  • Proven coaching skills with a people-first mindset

  • Background in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or financial information (bonus)
  • Degree-level education in Business, Economics, Politics, or related field
  • Passion for financial markets and current affairs

Why Apply?

  • Clear progression: opportunity to step up into broader training & development ownership as the SDR function scales with pathways into senior leadership.
  • Comprehensive training & coaching support, including a structured management development programme
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 remote)
  • 25 days’ holiday + your birthday off
  • Pension, perks platform, EAP, central London office
