The Role as Security Business Development Manager

The primary role of the BDM will be the effective management of all aspects of the security sales of the business. You will be responsible for sales, customer services and contributing to the strategic direction of the business under the guidance of the Sales Director. You will also provide a professional interface with the public, ensuring that the necessary marketing and advertising material is produced in line with the Ad Hoc Group commercial strategy.

You will be responsible for managing all stages of the sales process from identifying leads and building a robust pipeline to qualifying new sites and proposing the most suitable solutions. Our intelligent monitored alarms and CCTV systems enable us to offer a range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

You will use a variety of resources, including our up-to-date CRM system, existing clients, local contacts, and cold calling to identify and engage with targeted groups.
