Role: Senior Account Executive (12 Month FTC)

Location: London, United Kingdom (2–3 days a week from our London Office)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our client’s EU Retail team, working in true collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support key processes. Working in the BOS (Badge of Sports) Team, you will provide planning and administrative support to facilitate effective ways of working on upcoming projects and store openings.

What you will be doing

  • Provide retail marketing tools for in‑store execution of Retail Marketing Campaigns/Activations via the digital tool Omega to open and deliver orders for ISC (in‑store communications).
  • Create campaign reports, including execution images, on the SharePoint platform.
  • Check translation gaps for ISC orders and inform respective Oliver teams.
  • Collate reactive content for marketing moments in line with brand partner input.
  • Travel within Europe as required; at minimum, visit the client’s HQ in Herzogenaurach, Germany once a quarter and may travel to other European cities for specific projects.
  • Attend sustainability training relevant to your role and stay up‑to‑date on sustainability issues.

  • Cluster Retail Marketing, Europe Omni‑channel VM, Europe DTC merchandising, Field Teams (Retail Director, DMs, VM, Operations, etc.), Europe Business Unit Comms Teams, Europe Omni‑channel Team, Global Omni‑channel Market Activation, Agencies and Vendors, Global VM & ISC, Global Business Unit Retail Marketing Teams, Store Development.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial (German, Spanish, French, or other European languages).
  • University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years Retail or Marketing experience (minimum 1 year Retail experience is essential).
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Visual Merchandising highly advantageous.
  • Commitment to environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability in day‑to‑day work.
