The Role
A great opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading creative agency. You will need exceptional organisational skills, a friendly, personable manner and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment. As part of our Client Services team, you will support and run projects for a global dedicated client. You will work closely with the team to ensure that jobs run smoothly and that deadlines are met. An efficient approach with excellent communication skills is essential, as is the ability to think proactively and seek out new opportunities to grow your accounts.
What skills do you need
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they run to schedule and on budget.
- Work directly with the client on day-to-day enquiries, feedback and approvals.
- Raising quotes and discussing them with the client, liaising with suppliers.
- Work with the creative team to brief and monitor project progress through the studio.
- Help prepare and participate in presentations and pitch work.
- Aiding strategy and supporting the client - identifying opportunities for business growth.
What experience do you need
You should be confident, diligent and super‑organised with a friendly, approachable manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask and prioritise is vital as you’ll be handling multiple projects simultaneously. You should have experience in account management for a design or industry‑related company. The key ingredient is energy — you will need to bring passion and enthusiasm to every project to make sure the client is always happy with the end result. Where you’ll be
- Work hybrid - 3 days in our studio and up to 2 days remotely.

Salary: £45 – £55K per year depending on experience + bonus structure
