Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Profit Recovery
Location: Remote (GMT or +/- 2 hours preferred)

Compensation: £50,000 per year + 60% Variable

We are seeking an Account Manager who is a true growth partner. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, sales and customer acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You will be the trusted advisor who identifies hidden revenue opportunities and the architect who builds on those wins to expand the partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Customer Lifecycle: Take ownership of a designated portfolio of high-value Amazon and Walmart vendors, guiding them through every stage of their journey with Threecolts.
  • Strategic Growth Partner & Advocate: Own and nurture a portfolio of high-value Amazon and Walmart vendors. Go beyond simple account maintenance to become a deeply embedded partner in their financial success.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Act as a relentless investigator for your clients. Analyze complex data sets to uncover and quantify discrepancies to assist the Service Delivery team in maximizing claims.
  • Operational Excellence & Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, expertly navigating everything from routine questions to complex, multi-layered disputes.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as the critical bridge between our clients and our internal teams. Channel client feedback and operational insights to inform process improvements and enhance our core technology.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular, comprehensive reports to Leadership on client performance, highlighting key metrics such as total recovered revenue, expansion revenue, resolution timelines, and new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret and manipulate large, complex data sets. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with C-suite clients while also translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams.
    • A strategic mindset, capable of identifying patterns and trends in data to create long-term profitability strategies for clients.

  • You directly contribute to a significant increase in both profit recovery and expansion revenue across your portfolio.
  • You continuously improve client retention, as measured by a high Gross Logo Retention and strong Net Dollar Retention across your book of business.
  • Your insights lead to tangible improvements in our service delivery, making our systems more efficient and effective at scale.
