Job Description

Senior Marketing Account Manager

Location: Hybrid. 2 days a week in Woking, rest remote

I’m hiring on behalf of a growing B2B marketing agency that’s doing some really impressive work with clients in tech, consulting and professional services. They're scaling fast and this hire is a key part of that growth.

They’re looking for a Senior Marketing Account Manager, someone who knows how to run client accounts, shape strategy and deliver results across channels. If you're already in an agency, operating at Senior AM or AD level, and you're ready for more ownership and growth, this is well worth a look.

What they're looking for:

• At least 3 years in a B2B focused client-facing role
• Someone who understands the full digital marketing mix: SEO, paid, social, automation, content.
• Confident communicator who can lead conversations and influence direction
• Commercially minded – comfortable with budgets, KPIs, and spotting growth opportunities
• A natural relationship builder who’s not afraid to push for better

Nice to have (but not a dealbreaker):

• Experience with HubSpot, Pardot, or other marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with broader MarTech and CRM systems
• Background working with tech or professional services clients
