Senior Associate - Capital Advisory
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Capital Advisory team. This is a senior position responsible for leading transactions and managing transaction teams, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients across a broad spectrum of capital advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and be responsible for transaction processes, handling the transaction team to deliver successful deal execution for clients within the Lloyd's and London market.
- Engage directly with senior client collaborators to evaluate capital needs, compose customised strategies, and lead intricate discussions.
- Provide strategic leadership in structuring and delivering capital solutions, ensuring alignment with clients\' broader reinsurance and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with Aon reinsurance brokers and account executives to integrate capital advisory strategies into comprehensive client solutions.
- Develop and present high-level presentations and client-facing materials, using market insights to inform and influence decision-making.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, encouraging a culture of perfection and collaboration within the Capital Advisory team.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in an advisory role within the P&C insurance sector, with a strong understanding of Lloyd\'s and capital advisory
- Consistent track record of leading transaction teams and delivering successful outcomes for clients in sophisticated, high-value deals.
- Exceptional client relationship leadership skills, with experience engaging senior collaborators.
- Sophisticated proficiency in producing impactful presentations and strategic client communications.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and ability to mentor junior colleagues.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to the Aon United approach.
Location
London-based, with flexibility for hybrid working and a deliverables-focused approach.
