Senior Bid Manager – Communications & Managed Services Our Client is a Communications & Managed Service Provider that supplies Comms services to Enterprise & Government Customers across the UK. As part of their expansion, they are looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to manage the bid management and contract management for their New Business & Account Management sales teams across the UK. Salary: £50,000 basic salary plus bonus. Home‑based with some travel across the UK. Responsibilities
Project manage tender responses to win prestigious accounts and manage the process from initial request to contract delivery. Represent the team at customer meetings and on projects, ensuring accurate record keeping, reporting and legal negotiation. Prepare national tender submissions and maintain accurate bid documentation. Coordinate virtual team members across all levels of the business to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
At least 3 years experience as a Tender or Bid Manager, working with minimal supervision. High levels of literacy, numeracy, and the ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure. Strong influencing skills, diplomacy and good knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software. Experience supporting busy teams of Account Managers and understanding of the Communications marketplace.
