Join to apply for the Senior Business Development Manager role at AXA UK. AXA – Global Healthcare is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support growth within the SME market. - Support and grow the existing AGH SME portfolio through strong relationship management and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and strengthen intermediary relationships, increasing their understanding of the AGH proposition.
- Provide regular updates on service improvements and collaborate with intermediaries to enhance their experience.
- Source, onboard, and develop new intermediaries to expand the portfolio.
- Support the Business Development team through coaching, upskilling, and joint initiatives.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure timely renewal of existing AGH business.
- Collaborate with local partners and cross-functional teams globally to develop multi-tier relationships and secure portfolio growth.

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement; if you’re excited by this job and AXA, we’d still encourage you to apply.
What you’ll bring
- Proven track record in business development with consistent achievement of targets.
- Strong understanding of the international health market, particularly the Intermediated sector, and awareness of competitors.
- Excellent relationship and account management skills to grow existing client relationships professionally.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively independently in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills across global teams and regions.
- Commercial awareness with ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, including delivering presentations to diverse audiences at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, adaptable to learning new systems; willing to travel internationally and within the UK as required.
