Lets talk about the role

As a Senior Client Services Manager, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Accounts Team, working with Directors to provide great advice to clients. The role is fast-paced, engaging, creative and rewarding with opportunities to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and look after your own vibrant and diverse client portfolio.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships, becoming the go-to for clients.
• Lead a team, overseeing the production of work to deliver a fantastic service.
• Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to support the overall delivery of services to your portfolio.
• Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver a great experience.
• Contribute to growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with potential new clients.
• Undertake larger, more complex assignments with the support of the wider Accounts team.
• Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
• Coach, develop and lead the accounts team and line reports.

Qualifications

• Be ACA / ACCA qualified, with proven experience within a similar senior role.
• Have practice experience as a Manager.
• Have worked with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses.
• Be tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH desirable.
• Be a superb leader that energises those around you.
• Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
• Love getting to know people and be an excellent communicator.
