Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Regional Vice President of EMEA as well as one additional director on a fixed maternity cover (12 months). The ideal candidate will possess extreme attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask, juggle changing priorities and work independently. The successful candidate will also assist direct staff and others in the department, as needed. Intuit is exercising a Hybrid approach to work, with expectations being working in our London Victoria office 3x per week.

  • Pay rate: £190.00 per day (£49,500.00 annually)

Key responsibilities

  • Diary management: maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and videoconferences
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes/actions during meetings
  • Arrange corporate travel including flights, transportation and lodgings and prepare itineraries and agendas
  • Act as EA Site lead for our London office, partnering with our comms lead on organising and supporting key company wide office events
  • Lead & drive the regular London EABP meeting, keeping the EABP community abreast of EMEA priorities
  • Submit expenses on a monthly basis
  • Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with onsite and global EABPs
  • Prepare and/or handle confidential material appropriately whether verbal or written

Other responsibilities

  • Assist senior leaders and others in the department on an ad hoc basis
  • Compliant with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Support VPs and senior visitors from other company locations
  • On-boarding new staff members that will report to their line manager

Skills

  • Strong experience in a similar role supporting a senior leader within an international, fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Evidence of cross regional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
  • A naturally collaborative team player that is proactive and solution minded
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable and empowered mind set with a “can do attitude”
  • Remains calm under pressure with strong executive presence
  • Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and follow through
  • Confidently able to liaise with external and internal stakeholders at all levels while representing the organisation
