How You’ll Shape Our Success

You will provide accurate and timely information to senior leadership to help them better understand the financial performance of both the Qodea Group business and individual business units.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and drive strategic financial planning, investor relations and merger & acquisition initiatives.
  • Analyse and interpret cost drivers, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior leadership.
  • Manage, prepare and communicate divisional P&L, management reports and budgets.
  • Help prepare monthly board reports.
  • Offer commercial and operational financial advice to the division.
  • Deliver high‑quality financial analysis and interpretation, including trending, benchmarking and KPI analysis.
  • Support the wider Finance team with key growth, business change and cost‑reduction programmes.

Requirements

  • You must be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA) or Management Accountant (CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner (FBP) or similar role.
  • Proven track record of commercially partnering with leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple entities or business units is essential.
  • Exceptional understanding of financial principles, business operations and commercial drivers. Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets – capable of complex financial modelling and analysis. NetSuite experience preferable.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills; proactive problem‑solver with meticulous attention to detail and strong planning and organisational skills. A team player who builds confidence at all levels.
