Role: Senior Level 2 Service Desk Engineer

Location: Portishead HQ (with occasional travel to local sites)

Full-time: 37.5 hrs/week | Mon–Fri between 07:30–19:30 (rotational shifts)

Permanent Role: hybrid

• Staying updated on technology trends and applying them

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in a Level 2 support role
• Experience in live environments prioritizing uptime and reliability
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (M365/O365)
• Networking, mail flow troubleshooting, and system architecture skills
• Customer-focused support experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Azure, VMware, Hyper-V
• Understanding of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, GPO
• Familiarity with SQL, WSUS, CRM, and related Microsoft technologies
