Role: Senior Level 2 Service Desk Engineer

Location: Portishead HQ (with occasional travel to local sites)

Type: Full-time | 37.5 hrs/week | Mon–Fri between 07:30–19:30 (rotational shifts)

Contract: Permanent - hybrid

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in a Level 2 support role
• Experience in live environments requiring high uptime
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365/O365
• Networking, mail flow troubleshooting, IT architecture skills
• Customer-focused support experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Azure, VMware, Hyper-V
• Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, GPO
• Understanding of SQL, WSUS, CRM, Microsoft technologies
